Marina Projects Celebrates a Year at JWD

It is one year since Marina Projects took over the running of James Watt Marina (JWD) following success in securing the long lease of the marina in a process run by Riverside Inverclyde and Peel Ports. The year has flown by with additional staff appointed and several events were held for customers including a summer BBQ which was well attended.

“It has been a busy year both afloat and ashore and we look forward to welcoming customers old and new next season. The new berths will enable us to offer a wider range of berths in 2018”

Dan McKiernan, Operations Director of Marina Projects said,

“It has been a very positive first year of trading at JWD, hosting Superyachts, P1 Powerboats and achieving full marina occupancy. In addition, our own pontoon and facilities building developments are progressing well and we look forward expanding our offer into next season. Graeme and the team have done a sterling job providing first class service and we all look forward to the next phases of development in 2018 and beyond”
