A village style appeal
This project is located in Kumbor on the beautiful Boka Kotorska, Montenegro with direct access to the Adriatic. The site area is approximately 25.17 ha with 3 km of coastline and a newly crafted 6.5 ha marina basin accommodating boats from 8m through to superyachts of 80m.
The marina working harmoniously with the wider development to create a village style appeal and maximize the return on investment whilst delivering operational needs.
From concept through to delivery
Marina Projects was employed as the specialist marina consultancy to design, coordinate and deliver the marina and associated shoreline elements of the Portonovi development. Working closely with the client, masterplan architects and project team, Marina Projects took their vision for the marina from concept through to delivery.
The designs being informed by Marina Projects completion of strategic reviews, site appraisal, market studies and tender evaluation. The final stage of the employment included commissioning and operational handover.
