Alice Gerardine, Project Manager
Alice joins Marina Projects from the Port of Southampton as a Project Manager, with over 7 years’ experience in hydrographic surveying where she has gained extensive knowledge in all areas of capital dredging projects from licensing and planning to delivery, including designs, volume calculations, pre and post surveys in addition to supporting the licensing process. She is already utilising these skills at Marina Projects;
I am pleased to have joined a very knowledgeable team with diverse expertise where I know I will learn a lot! I am looking forward to building on my hydrographic and dredging experienceand help continue to grow the, already vast, capabilities of the business.

Timothy Aldridge, Project Manager
Tim began his career in the Royal New Zealand Navy as a Warfare Officer, serving as Officer of the Watch on various warships and specialises in navigation, port operations, and marine risk assessment. He joins Marina Projects as Project Manager with over a decade of experience in navigation, maritime consultancy, and project management. He has successfully managed complex projects, including Environmental Impact Assessment Reports and Navigation Risk Assessments for major port and marina developments within the UK and globally. He looks forward to being able to take his expertise and further develop it at Marina Projects to provide clients with high quality outputs that meet their needs;
I am thrilled to join Marina Projects and look forward to contributing to innovative master planning initiatives that enhance our maritime environments.
Timothy Aldridge, Project Manager
Bailey Luff, Junior Project Manager
Bailey joins Marina Projects as Junior Project Manager, he recently graduated with a BSc in Geography from the University of Portsmouth, including modules focused on coastal protection and marine leisure. Outside of work, Bailey enjoys traveling and exploring coastal destinations, frequently visiting marinas and participating in various water sports. Providing a unique perspective on the intersection of geography, coastal ecosystems, and leisure industries.
I have really appreciated my first four months at Marina Projects, integration with the team here was seamless. I’ve really enjoyed contributing towards various exciting projects so far and learning from experienced colleagues. I look forward to being involved in more projects across the world.
Bailey Luff, Junior Project Manager
Sarah Roberts, Administrator
Sarah Roberts joined Marina Projects in August 2024 as an Administrator.
Sarah has a wealth of experience working in a broad range of industries from accountancy software development and training through IBM (both in the UK and Germany) to independent diesel engine specialists where she was not only solely responsible for the multimillion pound accounts but also the implementation of ISO 9001. Sarah is an incredibly versatile and adaptable team player;
The last couple of months have been fabulous, the team are incredible. Learning about the Marine industry is so interesting and working with a company that clearly puts people first is such a wonderful breath of fresh air, I look forward to seeing how Marina Projects grows in the future.
