Andy joined Marina Projects in 2024 as Senior Operations Manager and has over thirty years experience in the planning, development, management, and operation of commercial marina operations across a range of historic and environmentally sensitive marina locations in the UK, Europe, and the Caribbean.

Andy has always been involved in operating and managing marinas and his post graduate work saw him working all aspects of marina operations, from the fuel berth to senior management roles and he has extensive knowledge and expertise in managing operational projects from marina feasibility, design and construction, through to successful long-term growth. His extensive marina management qualifications include the Global Marina Institutes CMM designation.

Andy previously headed up an international marina consultancy business, and now advises on marina projects in UK, Europe, the Middle East and further afield.
