Completion at Portonovi

Marina Projects Limited are pleased to announce the completion of the marina at Portonovi. Portonovi is a world class resort being built in the Boka Bay of Montenegro, just 5 miles from Porto Montenegro, another of Marina Projects designed marinas Waterfront & Marina Design. Portonovi is set to be a world class resort, comprising a 5 star plus branded hotel (One & Only) together with high-end residential villas and apartments.
Marina Projects started working on Portonovi in 2013 with the concept masterplan and worked closely with the Client, Azmont d.o.o. to develop the concept through to completion. The fixed piers were constructed using a pile and deck system and Marina Projects worked with Italian engineers Alpina to ensure the effectiveness of the main structures.
Marina Projects led the design and procurement of the marina with the pontoon installation being undertaken by Marinentek NCp d.o.o. of Sibenik in Croatia, where all the floating elements were built. The project is one of the largest marina projects to be completed in the Mediterranean recently and Marina Projects look forward to the official opening.
