Marina Projects designs luxury marina at ‘Portonovi’

We are proud to announce our role as marina consultant for the new, luxury destination, Portonovi, planned to open in 2016 in Montenegro.  Azmont Investments d.o.o’s new development will include a 250 berth marina with berths up to 75m, a VIP yacht club and helipad, and dedicated pier for visiting superyachts and boutique cruise ships.

PortonoviDesigned to the highest of standards, Portonovi is set to be a world class marina and waterfront development.  Located within the stunning Bay of Boka Kotorska with excellent access to the cruising grounds of the Adriatic and beyond, the marina will appeal as both a homeport and visitor destination.

Construction is due to begin at the end of November on the 60-acre project.  The resort will feature high-end residences; One&Only Portonovi, an ultra-luxury resort offering approximately 120 guest rooms, suites and villas; a destination wellness spa; luxury beach club; Portonovi Arena and Conference Centre, and a tennis academy.   In addition there will be waterfront shops, cafes and restaurants, botanical gardens with biodiversity and eco-park, plus a fish market and organic food market.
