Project Manager Appointment

We are delighted to welcome David Holifield, our new Project Manager, as a member of the consultancy team.
David has extensive experience as a Project Manager of schemes within disused naval dockyard facilities and industrial marina frontages. He has been directly involved with marina developments for over 25 years and has a sound and broad based knowledge of marina operations.
David is a civil engineer by profession with extensive experience in marine related design and construction works. His most recent role with the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA) provides David with a unique insight to regeneration of waterfront assets.
He also has a sound knowledge of contract administration, marine environmental matters and is familiar with current initiatives. He has a particular skill and places an emphasis in the development of design solutions for challenging environments.
David's initial focus will be to provide project management and contract administration support to the Phase 2 Porto Montenegro Marina Scheme.
