Following an extensive selection and tender process conducted by Waterfront Auckland, Marina Projects Ltd the UK based specialist marina and waterfront consultancy has been awarded a contract for a Masterplan Study to optimise Westhaven Marina in Auckland, New Zealand.

Following on from the expansion of the Environmental Services offered by Marina Projects, the environment team have recently undertaken a study into the environmental impact of using cleaning products to wash-down topsides, decks and super structures of boats at a major superyacht port in the Mediterranean.

We would like to advise all of our UK based clients that a new licensing system for marine works has been introduced to control development in waters around England. The new system, which went live on the 6th April 2011, replaces the Food and Environment Protection Act (FEPA) and the Coast Protection Act 1949 (CPA).
