Marina Projects Ltd is seeking to recruit a CAD Technician to provide drawing and design support to its professional team based within offices in Gosport.

About You: We are seeking a professionally minded individual with a sound knowledge of CAD design (AutoCAD LT). You should be able to demonstrate an ability to work on your own initiative and also as part of a team and are likely to hold a relevant qualification.
Great attention to detail and a good eye for design and presentation would be most desirable. This position may suit someone who has recently qualified with the right attitude and drive to learn / develop into the role.
About the Role:
The role consists of, but is not restricted to, the following elements:
1) CAD Drawing (Predominantly 2D) – From small scale arrangements and technical details to concept masterplans and from conceptual masterplan general arrangements to more detailed designs.
2) Graphic Design & Presentation – Production of visually dynamic presentation materials and design booklets for print or electronic delivery and the feeding of imagery into technical reports or other documents
The prime duty of the role is the preparation and management of 2D CAD drawings to support the design department in the communication of design concepts and technical details of information and data held in the office and other business related media. Job Particulars / Remuneration: This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week between 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. The successful applicant will receive a salary of £18,000 – £22,000 depending upon experience.
