Mark Bowden CMM, Operations Director
Mark has over 27 years experience working within the marina industry ranging from practical 'hands on' marina management and commercial marine operations, to the planning of new marina developments and acquisitions.
Mark was part of the team that formed Marina Projects in 2002 and was responsible for the development and operations that led to the successful creation of Royal Clarence Marina in 2003 and Endeavour Quay in 2006. Both these projects are in Gosport, UK. More recently he has headed up the management team at Whitehaven Marina since Marina Projects took control of the marina.
As part of his role with Marina Projects, Mark contributes fully on all operational related matters including business planning, market assessments, servicing requirements, standards and customer relations. He is responsible for the operational activities within Marina Projects, but also spends time translating these skills into a number of projects that Marina Projects are working on.
Mark is an experienced yachtsman with an in depth knowledge of the marine leisure industry and fully understands a marina customer's expectations. This is recognised by the whole Marina Projects team and the design solutions and services offered by Marina Projects are based upon the latest international criteria that reflect the highest standards in the marine industry.
